Account Manager

Our client is looking for an Account Manager who is detail-oriented, a self-starter, a critical-thinker and possesses great written and verbal communication skills. In this role you will be assisting multiple sites and will need to be responsive with good time management. This role requires you to professionally engage with customers to understand and meet customer needs, offering advice and guidance on products and services, assisting customers in making informed decisions. You will manage various sales-related administrative tasks, including data entry, documentation, and reporting to support efficient operations. Along with overseeing order fulfillment processes from entry to delivery, monitoring progress and addressing any issues or delays; amongst other duties.
