We redirect useable materials from the waste-stream and redistribute them at low-cost to the community, creating the nation's first successful, self-sustaining non-profit building materials reuse center, that was founded in the 1980's!!Responsibilities of the Retail Office Manager:Office Operations: Order all office supplies and monitor inventory levelsEnsure that all office procedures are documented and all documents on the server are current and accurately named and filedServe as the liaison to building managementManage equipment and systems including postage machines, phones, copiers, printers, and audio-visual equipmentRoute mail and other incoming communicationsAccounting: Provide clerical support to the Accounting Department so that the financial records are accurate, complete, and timelyOpen mail and prepare checks for depositProcesses requests for new vendor set-ups and credit applicationsSubmit invoices for paymentAssist in credit card vouchingHuman Resources: Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires Assist with the documentation of HR procedures and ensure that all documents are current and accurately filedQualifications of the Retail Office Manager:Bachelor's degree preferred, Business or related fieldThree to Five years of administrative experience preferredMust be proficient in Microsoft Office skillsMust possess the ability to work independentlyWillingness to be on their feet throughout the dayUnderstands the importance of customer serviceOnsite 8am-5pm$50,000-$55,000 + BenefitsBaltimore, MD
