Quality Technician

Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesReports to the Quality manager.Responsible for monitoring all CCPs; filling, seaming, processing, and labelling.Responsible for environmental monitoring; upholding GMPs, cleaning, batching and filling.Verification activitiesCleaning (atp, protein swabs)Kit ingredient quantitiesBatching critical factors (pH, total solids)Fill weight checksHeadspace checksSeam evaluationsPressure checksPost-process destructive evaluationRaw material inspections.Alerts management to any food safety concerns they encounterKnowledge, Skills and AbilitiesTaking accurate measurementsRecording and interpreting dataManage the day-to-day quality program activities.Oversees kitting, batching, filling, and heat processing.Manages all daily records.We are looking for someone that would be flexible with their schedule, open to longer shifts if necessaryEducation & Experience1 year (Required)For the Quality Technician there is a "Better Process Control School " which could be a plus but is not a requirement.Candidates with a science degree
