The role will be hybrid where we have our offices (NY, LA, Chicago, SF), but remote if the candidate is based in a different city. The role involves building out enterprise sales function for a new product, developing enterprise sales team, driving sales growth and overseeing sales management activities. This is an ideal role for candidates who enjoy building 0 to 1 and the scale further.You'll Spend Your TimeBuilding a new function from scratch.Collaborate with marketing to craft the pipeline generation strategyPartnering with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top enterprise sales talent.Being involved at the deal level in order to ensure success across the team.Managing and forecasting sales pipelines, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.Leveraging and guiding internal resources in order to progress pipeline.Qualifications10+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS sales, preferably in MarTech5+ years of experience leading a team of sales professionalsExperience in Sales Management & Sales toolsExcellent negotiation and presentation skillsSelf-motivated and result-orientedAbility to work independently and remotelySilverPush is committed to creating and fostering a globally diverse team.
