Engineering Manager with CNC programming

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and training their team to build a solid technical foundation. The Engineering Manager will be a hands-on true engineer in the organization in addition to a critical member of the leadership team reporting to the GM. This person will have their hands in the machines and make an actual difference. They can drive ideas and continuous improvement and see how their work impacts the business, putting their footprint on the plant.
