This position is 100% In Person / On SiteThe Director of Sales Operations has the important responsibility of preparing, facilitating, monitoring, developing, and coordinating the training activities within the sales department. They will oversee and direct the training programs for new hires and existing staffers through workshops, individual training sessions, and team exercises. Their mission will be to equip the sales team with the knowledge, practical skills and motivation to carry out work-related tasks effectively. The Director of Sales Operations must also identify potential improvements to the training process and incorporate the latest developments in the field into the company's training procedures. Further, they will evaluate the effectiveness of sales training programs and provide feedback to employees and management. They will work closely with sales/ design leadership to ensure training programs align with the organizations business objectives.Supervisory Responsibilities: Develop and guide CE Designers through sales process while holding accountability to the Key responsibilitiesExecute Skill Development and Goal Performance metrics through 1-1 discussions 2 times annuallyDuties / Responsibilities to the RoleResponsible for nurturing, developing and leading the team, by demonstrating servant leadership principles, ensuring your team members' professional and personal growth is at the forefront of your leadership approach.Coach the psychology of customer referral and recruiting leads. Creative Environments through extensive network and marketing efforts have afforded the sales team warm inbound leads. It involves a network of other competencies, including effective communication, self-awareness, ability to form strategic partnerships, and dedication to produce superior design solutions.Provide regular coaching and training to your team on our creative environments process, explaining the importance of following these processes and the beneficial outcomes for both our team and our customers.Contribute to sales strategy and provide feedback on the effectiveness of our creative processes. You will need to continuously look for areas of improvement and present these findings to higher management for review.Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales team members, ensuring they are achieving sales targets and maintaining a high standard of customer experience. Help designers understand the significance of their individual contributions to the overall success of the company. NOTE: Sales targets to include but not limited to; use of the CRM, 40% conversion rate, proactive communication, design studio sessions, complete legends, prompt routing, accurate updates, Procore, site walks, inspection and forms, construction partnership.Evaluate success and areas of opportunity through our Post Project Review process, reviewing milestone walks and forms, collections points match terms of executed contract, prompt communication and the use of Procore aligned with Ce standards.Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes, resolve challenges, and ensure our sales targets align with business objectives. Maintain open lines of communication between sales and construction leadership teams and other support departments.Be responsible for promoting and championing the companys vision goals, including our commitment to creativity and innovation. You will need to demonstrate these values in action to influence your team to do the same.By prioritizing servant leadership, the role extends to exceeding customer expectations, building strong relationships and ensuring the team provides outstanding customer experience throughout the entire project cycle.Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the design team in a timely manner. Encourage your team to take responsibility for problem solving, and guide them through the process, emphasizing prompt communication and emotional intelligence.Implement, monitor and coach your team on the creative environments process. This involves visiting potential and existing customers to witness the process firsthand, adjusting the process as necessary to optimize creativity and performance.Coaching for conflict resolution is integral to our business and required to support CE teams interpersonal relationships to achieve organizational goals. This coaching often involves leaders training their team on how to handle differences in opinions, objectives, interests, or values without triggering any negative impact on work quality or team cohesion.Continuously seek professional and personal growth, setting a positive example for your team. This will involve participating in professional leadership development programs and seeking feedback to improve your servant leadership skills.Remember, as a servant leader in sales, you practice empathy, humility, and respect while coaching your team towards the goal of creating value for our clients.
