Job Responsibilities: Global Supply Chain Solutions LLC provides world-class "concept to market" consumer product & business consulting services for many major global Retailers/Wholesalers/Vendors/Manufacturers. These services include a complete range of sourcing and procurement functions such as including product design & development, supplier selection & qualification, mass production & quality control, logistics management, and all in between. Global SCS employees are strategically stationed throughout the USA, Asia, and Europe with over 150 years of combined experience in consumer products optimization, and are widely considered within the industry to be the "The Best of the Best".The new Executive Projects Director will be responsible for overseeing, planning, and executing high-impact projects that align with Global SCSLs senior management strategic goals. With strong project ownership skills, strategic thinking, effective communication, and pursuit of continuous improvement required, this role must proactively seek operational excellence, to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable results. The new Global EPDs core functions will be facilitating the executive teams work via the intelligent application of company & industry resources, schedule oversight, data management, and handling executive level administrative tasks. The responsibilities and opportunities will expand in collaboration with cross-functional international teams to smoothly execute day-to-day responsibilities such as supplier, client, and company data analysis and reporting, internal/external process improvement, supplier management, supply chain operations, and new business growth. This role will be fast-paced, extremely involved, and require exceptional organization & leadership skills, with great opportunity for career growth.What You Will Do: Executive Assistant:Strategic Contributor to the Global Supply Chain Solutions LTD. executive team.Calendar & Schedule Management, Communication Organization, Project & Task Management, Office & Administrative Support, Process Improvement.Data Analysis and Reporting:Collect, analyze, and interpret data from Global SCS clients, suppliers, transportation partners, and internal international teams.Generate regular and project specific reports on overall performance, trends, cost savings, client metrics, and more.Use data and reports to identify Global, supplier, or client opportunities for cost reduction, efficiency improvement, risk mitigation, new business opportunities.Supplier Management:Support supplier evaluation, negotiation, and selection processes.Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, maintaining relationships with key suppliers to ensure quality and reliability.Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential new suppliers and evaluate competitiveness of existing suppliers.Develop and execute Request for Quotes (RFQs) to support client needs.Business/Product Development:Conduct research on market needs, consumer trends, manufacturing processes, and materials to innovate clients business strategy/product design.Work closely with Clients internal teams to ensure strategy/product feasibility and market alignment.Design, sample, and test new consumer products/business strategies refining them based on testing and feedback.Assess materials, manufacturing methods, and logistics to ensure product designs are cost-effective.Right and Fast launch of new product/strategy.Required Qualifications:3+ years experience in successful project management, executive level schedule oversight, process analysis & improvement, team leadership, business growth impact.Proven ability to lead change, improve processes, and drive operational efficiency initiatives across the organization.Successful track record of strategic planning and execution in high-growth, complex, or global environments.Understanding of Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management, especially regarding cost control, margin improvement, and ROI.Advanced problem solving, business acumen & customer service skills.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI).Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency and proven desire to learn.Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills / proficiency in communication tools (Outlook).Advantageous Qualifications:Bachelors degree in the fields of Marketing, Business, Sales, Economics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or International Commerce. Communication in Chinese language.Knowledge of international supply chains, trade regulations, customs, and import/export compliance (import/export tariff codes).Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning.This role is ideal for someone who is resourceful, highly organized, and dedicated to ensuring company productivity and efficiency. The Executive Projects Director will play a key role in focusing, driving, and succeeding on larger business goals.
