Robert Half Management Resources is recruiting for an experienced Financial Project Manager to support our large, international retail client who is currently undergoing an Oracle Financial Systems implementation. This is a key role within the organization, managing the integration of the Oracle system across various business units. This engagement will last for at least 5 months and will require full-time on-site presence in West Los Angeles.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with key stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support the company's business objectives.Develop and execute detailed project plans for Oracle Financial Systems implementation.Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle: initiation, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.Act as the liaison between finance, IT teams, and external System Integrators to ensure that business requirements are fully reflected in the system design and implementation.Identify and manage project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure proactive issue resolution.Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to provide updates and ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.Oversee the testing, training, and user support phases of the Oracle system integration.Ensure data and system integrity is maintained through close collaboration with cross-functional teams.RequirementsBachelors degree in Finance, Business, or related field (preferred).Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial project management, specifically in the retail industry.Extensive experience in implementing Oracle Financial Systems.Strong knowledge of business systems and accounting functions.Proven experience managing budgets and financial processes.Advanced skills in project management, including planning, execution, and finalizing projects on-time and within budget.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex financial scenarios.Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and coordinating with multiple departments.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex financial data in an understandable manner.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).High attention to detail and accuracy in all work.Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
