This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in a high-demand industry while receiving comprehensive training and mentorship.What You Will Be Doing:Learn to operate and maintain critical and non-critical data centre infrastructure.Assist the CFT team in monitoring power, cooling, and environmental conditions in data halls.Use a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track and manage maintenance tasks.Perform preventive maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment under supervision.Support troubleshooting technical issues and respond to emergencies alongside experienced technicians.Assist with reviewing procedures and participating in maintenance inspections.Escort contractors and ensure compliance with facility rules.Conduct facility rounds and participate in operations, construction, and commissioning activities as needed.The Necessities:High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical school training is a plus.Interest in pursuing a career in mission-critical environments.Basic understanding of electrical or mechanical systems is helpful but not required.Willingness to complete Level I training within 30 days and Level II training within 60 days of employment.Strong communication and teamwork skills.A proactive approach to learning and development.Whats in It for You?Professional Growth & Development: Access to comprehensive training programs designed to help you master critical data center operations.
