Construction Project Manager

Project Manager - ConstructionCollage has a number of opportunities for exceptional Project Managers to join our dynamic and growing construction team. As a key player in project execution, project managers are responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process to ensure successful completion within the parameters of time, quality, and cost. Working closely with a dedicated project team, you will drive collaboration and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and clients.Key Responsibilities:Lead and collaborate with the project team, including Project Superintendent, Project Coordinator, and Project EngineerDevelop and maintain a comprehensive project plan, outlining the scope, objectives, and deliverablesEnsure accurate and comprehensive subcontractor agreements and scopes of workDevelop and manage project schedules using software such as Microsoft Projects or PrimaveraMonitor and control project progress, budget, and resources, addressing potential issues promptlyManage and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and vendors, ensuring compliance with project requirementsOversee the submittal process, ensuring timely and accurate completionIdentify and address Requests for Information (RFIs) and potential change ordersLead weekly meetings with stakeholders, including owners, architects, and contractors, and prepare meeting minutesAct as the main Point of Contact (POC) for the client and design team, maintaining clear and open lines of communicationOversee change management processes, ensuring efficient resolution and approvalPrepare and present monthly project status reports, updating stakeholders on progress, budget, and timelinesCoordinate project closeout procedures, ensuring all documentation is accurate and completeManage warranty work and address any post-construction issues or concernsQualifications:Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industryExcellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skillsStrong knowledge of construction management software and tools, such as Microsoft Projects or PrimaveraDemonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects within time, cost, and quality constraintsKnowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry best practicesExperience in contract administration, risk management, and conflict resolutionAbout Collage and Our Benefits:Founded over forty years ago, Collage is a well-established commercial construction company with a reputation for delivering high-quality projects and fostering long-term relationships.
