Company DescriptionThe Parris Island Heritage Foundation is a nonprofit 501c3 organization thats mission is to assist in the preservation and conservation of Marine Corps history and the history of Parris Island through museum efforts. The foundation runs the museum gift shop, events, fundraisers, and membership to generate net receipts that go toward the Parris Island Museum for digitalization of historical records, photos, and videos; to development of educational programs and initiatives; contributions to new and existing exhibits; and future enhancements of the museum.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role as a Foundation Program and Retail Manager located in Beaufort, SC. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the foundation program and retail activities, managing team members, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales.QualificationsCommunication and Customer Service skillsCustomer Satisfaction and Team Management skillsSales skillsExcellent interpersonal and leadership skillsExperience with retail managementAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks effectivelyBachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
