IT Solutions Analyst

Job Summary:Our client is seeking an IT Solutions Analyst to join their team! This position is located in Minneapolis, Minnesota.Duties:Partner with business areas, customers and other stakeholders to understand business needs and opportunities across all Business Units at the CompanyRepresent business partners/stakeholders in input to strategic planning and investment prioritizationEstablish and maintain collaborative partnership with internal partnersProvide coaching and direction to less experienced team membersParticipate in multiple Projects, Demand Management preparation, lead and support delivery lifecycle activities, and ensure solutions are designed for great user experience and operational performanceFacilitate delivery meetings and ceremoniesLead analysis and designProvide needed plans, demos, artifacts, and procedural documentationEnsure solutions are designed for stable operationReview solution performance, and continually assess health of systems and processes, driving action to avoid service disruption and minimize impactsDrive alignment with stakeholders on maintenance activities and schedulesStay abreast of industry and technology trends within Operations EAM area to continuously improve solution delivery practices and customer satisfactionDesired Skills/Experience:Bachelors degree in Technology, Science, Business, or a related field7+ years of relevant functional experience with SAP EAM, including Projects or Product Delivery practices such as SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall, preferably with a Utilities clientProven ability to recommend innovative solutions to meet business needsStrong expertise in driving continuous improvement through lean and agile practicesIn-depth knowledge of SAP EAM end-to-end processes and system capabilities, particularly in S/4 HANA, along with familiarity with industry standards and emerging technologiesStrong understanding of technical, functional, and operational aspects of respective solutionsExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsDemonstrated ability to develop functional and technical subject matter expertise, streamline processes, and ensure consistency in executionDeep knowledge or the ability to quickly gain expertise in core IT components within the respective domainExceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage across various organizational levels and translate between technical and non-technical conceptsStrong relationship management and collaboration skills, with a proven track record of cross-functional teamwork to drive innovation and business successBenefits:Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance Plans401K offered$36.57 - $52.25 (est. hourly)
