The ideal candidate will manage site design, grading, stormwater management, and utility coordination, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. This role requires a Professional Engineer (PE) license.Key Responsibilities:Plan, design, and oversee civil engineering aspects of land development projects, including site layouts, grading plans, roadways, and utility systems.Prepare and review construction plans, technical reports, and specifications to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with applicable codes and standards.Manage engineering consultants and contractors, providing technical guidance and quality control throughout project phases.Conduct site evaluations, feasibility studies, and environmental impact assessments to support project planning and design.Oversee stormwater management design, erosion control plans, and drainage systems in compliance with regulatory requirements.Coordinate with local, state, and federal agencies to secure necessary permits and approvals for development projects.Provide technical expertise in zoning, land use regulations, and entitlement processes.Support due diligence efforts, including site investigations, utility assessments, and geotechnical evaluations.Represent LeoTerra Development in meetings with governmental agencies, stakeholders, and community representatives.Ensure all engineering activities adhere to ethical and professional standards.Travel as required to project sites and regulatory meetings.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.7+ years of experience in civil engineering with a focus on land development projects.Strong knowledge of civil site design, grading, stormwater management, and utility infrastructure.Proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management tools.Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.Preferred Qualifications:Experience working with municipal governments and public agencies.Strong project management and leadership skills.Knowledge of local, state, and federal land development regulations.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.Join Our Team: At LeoTerra Development, youll be part of a dynamic team that values innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
