Recruitment Coordinator Near Ann Arbor, MI100% OnsiteFull Time / Direct Hire / $55k - 60kSeeking a full cycle Recruitment Coordinator with 2+ years of experience to manage recruitment processes, internal talent development, and manager support. Proficient in extracting data and translating insights for recruitment and employee retention purposes.Must Haves / Mandatory:2+ years of experience in recruitment or staffing coordinationStrong skills in creating reports, analyzing data, and making action plansHands-on recruiting experience, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and coordinationStrong manager support and collaboration experience Nice to Have / Preferred:SHRM or HRCI certificationEducation in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferredQualifications:Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office SuiteProficient in extracting data and translating insightsResponsibilities:Talent Acquisition and Management: Partner with managers to identify staffing requirements, oversee recruitment processes, and maintain a positive candidate experienceEmployee Development: Run internal applications, support referral programs, facilitate training initiatives, and monitor career progression.Recruitment Outreach: Leverage various recruitment channels, participate in job fairs, and represent the company to attract a diverse range of candidates.Administrative Functions: Keep applicant tracking systems updated, handle onboarding procedures, and produce recruitment-related reports.Benefit offerings may include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term disability insurance, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, and 401K plan.
