LHH is looking for a Commercial Litigation Paralegal for a leading national firm in Chicago and this is a hybrid role.Key Responsibilities:Assist attorneys in all aspects of litigation, from inception to resolutionConduct detailed legal research and analysisPrepare, organize, and manage case files, pleadings, and discovery documentsDraft and edit legal documents such as motions, briefs, and summariesCoordinate and manage all aspects of trial preparation, including witness interviews, exhibit preparation, and trial bindersAct as the point of contact during trial, managing exhibits, technology, and logisticsAttend trials and hearings, providing on-site support to attorneys as neededAssist with post-trial activities, including drafting settlement agreements and organizing final case filesCoordinate and communicate with clients, court staff, and opposing counselMaintain strict confidentiality and ensure compliance with legal procedures and court rulesQualifications:Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved programMinimum of 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, with a strong focus on business litigation and trial workProficiency in legal software and e-discovery tools (e.g., Lexis, Relativity)Strong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesAbility to travel and work extended hours during trial periodsExperience: 5+ yearsSalary: $80,000-$100,000(5 years = $80k, 10+ years = $100k)Competitive benefits package
