Trusts and Estates Paralegal - Direct Hire

Beacon Hill Legal is looking for an experienced Trusts and Estates Paralegal to join a well-respected business law firm based in Birmingham, MI. The Paralegal will support the firms Trusts and Estates attorneys with a high volume practice. This position is in office, and the hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm. Duties include, but arent limited to:Drafting, editing, and finalizing various trust and estate administration documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, etc.; Coordinating post-death administration process including compliance with all legal requirements; Assisting with real estate transactions including managing due diligence, title and survey, and closing process; Assisting with corporate matters including entity formation, corporate governance, and compliance matters; Communicating with clients regarding case status, deadlines, etc.; And more!Qualifications:6+ years of trusts and estates experience in a law firm setting; Bachelors Degree or Paralegal Certificate;Strong written and verbal communication skills; Our client offers competitive salaries, comprehensive benefits, fantastic bonus structure, and a truly unique collegial atmosphere!
