Commercial Litigation Legal Assistant

LHH is partnering with a distinguished law firm in Fort Lauderdale to find a skilled Commercial Litigation Legal Assistant or Bankruptcy Legal Assistant. This exciting role will provide direct support to 4-5 attorneys in a fast-paced environment, where the assistant will play a crucial role in the litigation and bankruptcy processes. The firm is looking for someone who is not only proficient in legal tasks but also comfortable interacting with clients and creditors regularly.A unique aspect of this role is the high level of client and creditor contact, particularly in the bankruptcy sector, where the legal assistant will often liaise with creditors, debtors, and other parties involved in the case.
