ARM EnerTech (AETA), a subsidiary of ARM Group Enterprises Inc., is seeking a detail-oriented and growth-minded Staff Accountant to join our team. This role provides hands-on experience with the potential for long-term advancement opportunities.Location: This role can be filled in Mechanicsburg, PA. Other possible locations are Johnstown or Hershey, PA. Primary Responsibilities:Manage the complete project lifecycle within Deltek Vantagepoint ERP system, including initial setup, maintenance, and updates based on project team information and requirements.Perform comprehensive client and vendor management, including setup, documentation collection (W9s, tax exemption certificates, insurance certificates), and maintenance of accurate records.Create and process Purchase Orders for materials and subcontractor acquisitions according to established procedures and requirements.Collaborate with the Controller to execute monthly account reconciliations, including bank accounts, vehicle loans, credit cards, prepaid expenses, and various balance sheet accounts.Manage Accounts Payable processes including: - Voucher processing and verification against purchase orders - Weekly payment schedule preparation and review with Controller - Check processing, obtaining required signatures, and vendor paymentsSupport Accounts Receivable collection efforts in coordination with the Controller and project management team.Review and approve employee expense reports at the first level, ensuring proper coding and complete supporting documentation.Maintain and update contact listings within the ERP system.Process and code weekly credit card transactions and monthly vehicle statements.Manage EZpass charge distribution and coding across vehicle users.Submit and process client invoices through various online portal systems.Provide administrative support to the President and Management staff as needed.Additional duties as assigned by the Controller or management team.Requirements Associates or Bachelors degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. 0-5 years of experience in accounting, business administration, or related role.Strong technology aptitude with the ability to learn and master ERP systems.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.Strong written and verbal communication abilities for internal and external interaction.Demonstrated business acumen and analytical capabilities.Ability to work independently while contributing to team objectives.High level of integrity and professionalism.Preferred Requirements:Experience with ERP systems, particularly Deltek Vantagepoint.Background in project-based accounting.Prior experience in administrative roles with accounting responsibilities
