Our client a global consulting firm is seeking an Executive Assistant will be a part of an assistant team that provides high-level administrative support to the CEO and other executives. The Executive Assistant also serves as a liaison to the senior management teams; organizes and coordinates executive outreach, and oversees special projects. The Executive Assistant must be creative and enjoy working within an entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a diversity of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. This person will report directly to the CEO.Job Details Position: Executive Assistant Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 plus bonus eligible Monday-Friday in the office but flexibility when the Executive travels. 15 PTO Days, 10 legal holidays, and sick days full healthcare package and 401k (up to 10% match) Friday happy hour, "Summer Fridays", and free snacks and beverages in the officeResponsibilities Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentialityManage CEO's daily calendar of meetings and eventsPrepare Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentations, agendas, reports, special projects, and other documents in support of objectives for the organizationArrange travel and accommodations for the ExecutiveWelcome the Executive's guests by greeting them, in person or on the phone; answering or directing inquiriesAbility to function well in a high-paced environment; performs additional duties as assigned by executivesDraft and prepare correspondence for internal announcements, board meetings, and organizations that the executive is involved withUse discretion, confidentiality, and good judgment to handle C-Level mattersRepresent the company and the Executive in a positive light through great follow-through skills and sound judgmentConserve the Executives time by reading, researching, collecting and analyzing information as needed, in advanceOrganize complex calendars and schedules; resolving any scheduling issuesPrepare expense reports on a regular basisRequirementsBachelors degree highly preferred2+ years of relevant experience requiredAdvanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)Ability to communicate effectively and professionallyFlexible hours as dictated by the needs of business for projects and meetings
