Due to significant growth, they have asked our team to identify a top-grade Maintenance Manager for their plant in the Charleston, IL area.A qualified candidate will have:Two (2+) plus years of experience in a maintenance manager/supervisor role in a manufacturing environment Four (4+) plus years of experience with electrical systems, electronics, hydraulics, and pneumaticsWorking knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers Experience maintaining a spare parts inventoryExperience with preventative maintenance programs Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)Polyiso/Polyurethane foam production experience would be a plus
