As a Sales Account Executive at More Patients, you will be responsible for following up on warm leads who inquired about our services, meet with them, and convert them into customers. As Sales Account Executive, you'll embody these values by being an effective communicator and building genuine rapport, ensuring every prospect feels valued and understood.For over a decade, we have been providing dental marketing services and business training solutions to help dental practice owners in over 60 cities across the East Coast of the United States, the United Kingdom, and Portugal increase revenue, improve profitability, and scale their operations and teams.What We Will Offer You:· Sales training in your first week from a seasoned senior sales executive· 3-month in-person onboarding with accommodations provided at our head office· Access to all online training and development courses· A continuous list of warm leads· Salary + uncapped commissions· Clear career progressionWhat We Expect From You:· Experience in selling 5-figure per year contracts one-on-one to Small Business Owners (SMB)· Excellent communicator over the phone / video conference· Open to learning new processes in sales· Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships· Must be great at presenting, and have strong negotiation and persuasion abilities· Follow up diligently and consistently with potential clients over extended periods· Document all interactions with all prospects and clients in the CRM· Well-organized and able to maintain a pipeline that can be understood by the Sales Leader· Ability to work independently and meet sales targets from day 1· Self-discipline to independently make daily lead calls and other routine tasks.· Willingness to work M-F 9am - 7pm· Working on self-improvement independently.· Ability to fall in line and follow directions.· Have an unstoppable attitude and over deliver for client needs.· The drive to do whatever it takes!!!
