If you're a detail-oriented, clear communicator with a passion for keeping up with the latest in technology and thrive when interacting with executive and senior-level customers, we want to hear from you.What You'll DoOwn client relationships- Be the primary point of contact for a subset of our growing customer base, ensuring long-term client satisfaction and retention.Grow revenue- Identify and nurture strategically relevant leads and partnership opportunities, working closely with the broader business team to execute strategic growth initiatives.Be a trusted advisor- Gather feedback, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with the product and tech team members to improve our service offerings based on real user needs.Negotiate and renew contracts- Lead the proposal writing process and proactively manage renewals (and upsells, where applicable) to secure long-term, mutually-beneficial partnerships.Track and report key metrics- Monitor account performance, customer engagement, and revenue impact.What We're Ideally Looking For2-5 years of experience in account management, contract management, customer success, or sales or customer success engineering at a SaaS, tech, or high-growth startup.Proven ability to manage Fortune 1000 executive level client relationships and drive revenue growth.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Experience working with CRM tools (from spreadsheets to Salesforce).Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, results-driven environment.Passion for technology, customer success, and business strategy.If one or two of the above criteria don't apply, please consider applying nonetheless and tell us what makes you a great fit for us.
