As a Regional Sales Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding MEDSURETY's footprint in the Mid West market. This is your chance to step into an influential role, supported by a dynamic team and strong partner network, where your contributions will directly fuel our company's growth.Qualifications:2+ years of successful sales experience, with a focus on new business development.Experience in the health insurance, HR, benefits, or payroll industry (preferred).Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).Excellent communication and persuasive speaking skills.Strong follow-up habits and a results-driven mindset.Financial acumen related to pricing, profitability, and sales goal achievement.Key Responsibilities:Build and develop a strong distribution channel for MEDSURETY's products and services.Identify, qualify, and cultivate sales opportunities within your geographic territory.Become an expert on MEDSURETY's comprehensive suite of offerings and deliver compelling live and online presentations and product demonstrations.Develop customized proposals and manage follow-ups with prospective clients to close deals.Achieve and exceed sales quotas as set by the company.Foster meaningful relationships with insurance brokers, benefits professionals, and other key stakeholders.Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client interactions.Travel is required to meet clients, attend trade shows, and participate in training sessions.Take on additional projects and responsibilities as needed.About YouYou're a driven sales professional who thrives in a results-oriented environment.
