***** Auburn Hills MI***** Long Term Contract**The Social Media Analyst is responsible for the ongoing monitoring and analyzing of various social channels for customer and industry activity related to specific brand quality, in alignment with business, customer care and safety strategies and direction. Develop strategies to enhance and maximize insights provided by established social media listening tool(s). Leverage measurement tools and mine insights and provide regular progress reports. Continually find ways to improve on listening metrics through testing and new initiatives. Participate in cross-functional teams reporting for Voice of the Customer (customer sentiment, trending brand topics, top customer concerns). Provide ongoing feedback to vehicle brands, dealer network, quality and other groups.2+ days per week onsite. This is as needed.***Bachelors degreeExperience in data analysis, reporting, and presentation1+ year(s) experience or equivalent exposure to a corporate environmentDemonstrated verbal and written communication skillsAbility to multi-task, with high attention to detailProven Microsoft Office skills including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word with experience creating data charts/graphsExperience with social media platforms, including, but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X and YouTubeAptitude to quick learning Preferred QualificationsBA or BS, with specialization on Advertising, Communication or MarketingExperience with presenting data metrics, insights or other relevant information to large groups including senior leadershipProficiency with social media management and analytics tools including, but not limited to, Sprinklr, EmplifiCapable of writing, editing and crafting content for the social media space
