Job Title - Supplier Quality Professional IIDuration - 6 MonthsLocation - Vacaville, CA 95688Description:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Contract Supplier Quality Support Specialist to join our team in Vacaville, CA. In this role, you will provide essential support to the Supplier Quality Management process, ensuring compliance with cGMP and global requirements.Key Responsibilities:Support the implementation and maintenance of the Supplier Quality Management system at the Vacaville site.Assist the team with vendor qualification by: timely logging and tracking the requests from the global audit team related to Vacaville suppliers.Collaborating with site Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather and provide accurate information to support the qualification of vendorsSupport the Vendor Change Notification (VCN) process by:Logging VCNs and initiating inquiries to relevant SMEs.Assist in the creation and maintenance of non-specific client Approved Supplier Lists (ASLs) for the Vacaville site.Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with cGMP and global requirements.Key Requirements:1-3 years of experience in Quality within the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry, preferably within a supplier quality function.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to effectively collaborate within a diverse, cross-functional team.On-site presence at the Vacaville location is required.Preferred experience with Trackwise, Veeva, and Microsoft Teams.Preferred knowledge of ICH Q7, Q9, Q10.About Us: Established in 2004, SPECTRAFORCE® is one of the largest and fastest-growing diversity-owned staffing firms in the US.
