We are looking for a Wireless Network Transport Engineer - Annapolis Junction, Maryland (onsite)Only W2 CandidatesNo C2C candidatesWe are seeking a Wireless Network Transport Engineer with expertise in fiber network design, IP addressing, and transport engineering. The ideal candidate will have experience in planning, designing, and implementing transport technologies to support a growing 5G network. If you have strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and a proactive mindset, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:Design, plan, and implement transport solutions for macro, small cell, and CRAN networksCreate and issue CIQs (IP/Port assignments) for new cell sites and carrier additionsOrder circuits with Local Exchange Carriers (LECs) (Dark Fiber, EOS, EBH, TLS)Maintain and document transport circuits and paths using XNG/Granite/FUZE CNDProject management- oversee multiple transport projects, track orders, and ensure timely completionCollaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to meet network rollout milestonesMust-Have Skills:Transport network experience (Fiber Design, IP addressing, Circuit Engineering)Proficiency in XNG/Granite circuit databaseExperience with engineering & economic principles related to telecom transportStrong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and project management skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and work independentlyStrong communication & interpersonal skillsPreferred Experience:Knowledge of 4G/5G architecture, 3GPP option 3XExperience in WDM, ASR ordering, and microwave technology for backhaulUnderstanding of IPV4/IPV6 addressing & interconnect circuit typesWhat you didn't know about us:Competitive salaryHealth, Dental and Vision BenefitsShort/Long Term Disability and Critical Care/Illness ProtectionLife Insurance and Retirement PlansEmployee Assistance ProgramWith this position, you will get the opportunity to work with our game changing clients and further advance your already valuable experience in the telecom industry!We are Connectors.
