Diagrams and evaluates existing processes, including inputs / outputs and stakeholders. Organizes, leads, and facilitates cross-functional project teams to define and organize the business processes and metrics. Responsible for creating PowerBI dashboards for monitoring and improving KPIs.Additional Duties:Develops metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities. Responsible for creating dashboards for monitoring and improving KPIs. Collects data to identify root cause of problems. Measures performance against process requirements. May deliver presentations and training courses including business process elements and best practices to align the teams and users of the processes. Surveys and analyzes best practices for techniques and processes.
