Workday Analyst

Title: Workday Business Analyst Location: Ashburn VA ( 3 Days Onsite role)Duration: 12 MonthsNOTE: 3 Years of recent Workday recruiting experience is a must. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager/Business Analyst to be a part of our Talent Acquisition COE.This role will assist in our upcoming TA tech stack implementation to include Workday Recruiting, CRM, Events and AI.This is a contract position that requires a professional with a strong background in agile methodologies, project management, and talent acquisition systems, specifically Workday.The successful candidate will play an active role in the implementation.This individual will also assist in supporting sub-projects related to the implementation such as clean up, configuration consultation, testing, and postproduction adoption.This role will also lead PM miscellaneous projects within the TA Optimization team.
