Our firm is built on deep industry expertise and a commitment to excellence in client service.We are seeking a highly motivated sales professional to join our team as an Business Development Representative (M&A Focus). This role is ideal for individuals with a strong sales background who excel in outbound prospecting, relationship building, and business development.Key *Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified leads, maintaining consistent follow-up and engagement.Conduct outbound cold calls, emails, and social media outreach to identify and engage potential healthcare business sellers.Organize and manage client and transaction data using the company's CRM system.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless deal flow and client satisfaction.What We're Looking *Proven experience in outbound sales, business development, or lead generation, preferably in a high-call-volume environment.Strong ability to handle objections, build rapport, and drive conversations toward business opportunities.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and persistent in achieving sales targets.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.*Bachelor's degree preferred (sales, marketing, business, or similar).Sales experience (especially in phone-based outbound roles) is a major plus.Must be able to work 40 hours a week in our Austin office Monday-Friday.Access to a personal phone and laptop.Base *** $50,000 - $75,000 (depending on experience).Uncapped Commission Structure - multiple six-figure earning potential for top performers.Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, vision, and dental coverage.Paid time off, including 10 PTO days and 10 paid holidays.How to *****To apply, please submit your resume and apply on LinkedIn.
