NorthSky is Product Driven, Technology Driven and People Driven.We are searching for Inside Business Development Representatives (several positions) to drive demand generation. Successful candidates will have a passion for serving customers, a love of sales, and a relentless drive to make that "one more" outbound contact every day to drive sales. As a start-up, we seek candidates that want to imprint their mark on a company through hard work, fun, and teamwork.As BDR you are responsible for introducing NorthSky Supply products to current and potential business customers by telephone. In addition to being responsible for motivating potential customers to take the first step in purchasing our products, you maintain ongoing relationships with purchasing customers through over the phone communication.Essential Duties, Functions and ResponsibilitiesSource leads in geographically defined territoryOutbound cold calling on those leads to convert them to NorthSky Supply customersManaging outbound contact campaigns to ensure good mix of prospective customer contacts and existing customer contactsManaging existing customer relationships to expand NorthSky Supply's business with themTracking critical information in CRM systemDriving sales with new customersSolving customer inquiriesOccasional order entry for customersEducation and/or Work ExperienceBachelor's Degree preferred1-2 years of sales experienceStrong work ethic and the ability to achieve goalsAbility to work in fast paced performance-oriented environmentFlexibilityPreferred ExperienceExperience in the MRO industryExperience in a start-up companyBenefits401(k)Dental insuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceAt NorthSky Supply Inc., we are committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace where everyone feels valued and empowered to contribute.
