Our mission is to empower individuals to achieve optimal health and vitality through personalized care and a collaborative approach.Job Summary: The Franchise Business Consultant (FBC) will serve as the primary point of contact for franchisees, guiding them through the entire lifecycle from lease signing to opening and ongoing support. This role involves strategic planning, policy development, operational support, and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in franchise operations, exceptional communication skills, and a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with franchisees.Key Responsibilities:Franchisee Support: Provide comprehensive support to franchisees from lease signing through opening and beyond. Operational Guidance: Offer ongoing operational support to franchisees, including training on systems and processes, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring adherence to operational guidelines.Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of equipment, services, and training. Address any issues related to vendor performance and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs for franchisees and their staff. Ensure that all team members are well-versed in company policies, procedures, and best practices.Marketing and Outreach: Collaborate with franchisees to develop and implement effective marketing strategies in coordination with Serotonin Enterprises Marketing team. Provide guidance on community outreach, promotional activities, and customer engagement.Financial Oversight: Monitor the financial performance of franchise locations. Provide guidance on budgeting, cost control, and revenue generation strategies.Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure that all franchise locations comply with company standards, regulatory requirements, and quality assurance protocols.Tech Stack:CRM System: Manage customer interactions effectively using our CRM system.Mobile Application: Utilize our mobile application to allow customers to access services on the go.Networking Tools: Equip franchisees with tools and techniques for successful networking at events and gatherings.Marketing Tools: Use Canva templates and other marketing tools to create promotional materials.Operational Tools: Insure operational guidelines for each modality, maintain equipment, and troubleshoot issues as needed.Expectations of the Role:Leadership: Demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate franchisees and their team members. Customer Focus: Prioritize customer satisfaction and ensure a high level of service across all franchise locations.Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable to changing needs and priorities.Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with franchisees, staff, and other stakeholders.Innovation: Stay updated with the latest trends and practices in the healthcare and wellness industry.Qualifications:Degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related discipline.Considerable experience in franchise operations, preferably in the health, beauty, or wellness sectors.Excellent interpersonal and management skills.Familiarity with the latest trends and practices in the healthcare and wellness industry.75% Travel to location per month.
