The Landman will start as a contractor for six (6) months and, if proven to be an A-player, will transition to a full-time employee with the opportunity to gain an equity stake in the company. This position is responsible for conducting title examination and properly documenting and reporting the findings in a clear and consistent format. The Candidate must be seeking a long-term, in-house position. A bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Land Management or Business Administration. A minimum of 3 years of experience running title is a firm requirement.
