We are the Clean Air Company.Job Summary:The Process Engineer will work on global and international projects to manage the technical aspect of our products. Responsibilities include but are not limited to product maintenance, handling the technical facets of claims and tasks, and testing products to ensure guideline standards and functionality.Main Tasks and ResponsibilitiesProduction MaintenancePresent and drive product maintenance, renovations, customizations, and product phase-outs according to Nederman project methodologyLead and manage product maintenance projects and customizations independentlyLead and coordinate automation and digitalization of products/applicationsProduct QualityProficiency in RCA via Kaizen methodology, assisting in claims handling andimplementation of product quality improvementsOwn and independently drive product failure meetingsSupport cost-cut projects and development projects with a higher qualityTechnical SupportMaintain and manage current and future technical product systemsProduction support for the NML and related entities.Project ManagementDesigning, conceptualizing and develop new products and prototypes as well as performing testing and verification with extensive use of modern design tools (3D CAD, Project Management tools etc.)Work with procurement with suppliers to support product development and prototypingIndependently lead local projects and project teams, as needed, according to a structured and defined project management modelInteract and coordinate with multidisciplinary and international product development and launch teams to facilitate product launch in the appropriate market.Comply with Design control processes while implementing prototype redesign and changes.QualificationsYour Experience & EducationBachelor in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering3-4 years of experience preferredCertificate or highly proven proficiency in design tools such as 3D CAD, Math Lab or Solid WorksExtensive experience from systematic project management methodology is a mustCertificate or proven proficiency in Project Management is a plusHigh level of proficiency in virtual project platforms such as Teams, MS Project etc. is a mustExperience in working in international projects and platforms is a plusYour Skills & Traits:Structured and analytical with an ability to "think outside the box" to problem solveExcellent in communication and in creating trustful relationshipsAble to work independently with a strong personal drive and sense of urgency, as well as in team settingTime-management skillsSense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company's successEffective in decision making with a customer-oriented and business mindsetWhat we offer is more than just a job...An opportunity to be part of a truly innovative and fast-growing international companyA team-focused work environment where your efforts won't go unnoticed or unappreciatedCompetitive compensation and benefits including PTO, health care insurance, 401K, disability, and life insuranceApplicants for employment are to be considered for employment based on the individual applicant's qualifications and without regard to race, color, creed, gender, age, disability, national origin, religion, veteran status, uniform service member status, marital status, sexual orientation, citizenship status, genetic information, or on account of membership in any protected category under federal, state, and local laws.
