Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

A client of Singleton will be rebuilding one of their most important customer facing applications, also one of their biggest revenue drivers. To do so, they are looking to bring aboard a QA Automation Engineer who has built testing for .NET applications and has a strong appreciation for the principles behind BDD and POM.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain automated test scripts using C#, SpecFlow, and Selenium WebDriver.Implement and execute BDD scenarios using Gherkin syntax within SpecFlow.Design and implement Page Object Models (POM) for scalable test automation framework.Drive further adoption of TDD/BDD and Agile principlesQualificationsProven experience in automated testing using C#, SpecFlow, and Selenium WebDriver.5+ years of overall testing and test automation experienceStrong understanding of BDD principles and experience writing Gherkin scenarios.Experience implementing and maintaining the Page Object Model (POM) for test automation.This is a full time role with our client, requiring 3 days per week in office and an onsite interview. For that reason, we will only be considering candidates who are currently located in the Greater Chicago area.
