Job ***** Facilities / Ultra Pure Water Technician III***** Chandler, AZ***** Intel***** Upto 18 months(Extendable contract)**Please ** This role is 100% Onsite.Local candidates only.This position is for field work where they will be spending time out in the field working on industrial equipment (need to be able to lift 25lbs and/or wear protective personal equipment beyond basic). Not a desk job. Must be able to stand or walk for 12-hour shift. Job ***** Position will be a Technician on night shift and will interact with engineering and Technicians to start up ultrapure water (UPW) systems on the Ocotillo campus. Responsibilities will include but not be Limited ***** - Role modeling safety - Starting up UPW equipment under direction of system engineer - Taking UPW samples and performing routine analysis using test equipment - Operating UPW equipment and system using computer interface - Performing maintenance activities on UPW equipment and test equipment. - Loading/unloading UPW resin, RO membranes, filters, etc. - Offloading Liquid chemicals from tank trucks to bulk storage tanks - Using forklifts/mobile elevated platforms/pallet jacks to move equipment and materials - Developing pre task plans - Working as a team member with outstanding customer services skills REQUIRED ***** Manager is Looking for someone with at Ieast 2-3 years of specific UPW operations experience. Preferred ***** Good Verbal and written communication skills including experience with MS Word/Excel and general familiarity with computer use.Years of experience ***** years over all exp. Min AS degree preferred for this level. If no degree, HS diploma or GED with will military exp in lieu of or more exp of at least 6 yrs.Will train on Intel SWS/IW, Makeup (UMK) and Primary (UPR) training packages through L2 as a requirement for position.Safety boots required.
