Job *****The Production Engineer manages, coordinates, and reports between design engineers and production to ensure smooth transition from development to production, delivering products that meet contractual requirements, delivery schedules, and budgets. Additionally, the Production Engineer supports all issues in the production line, identifying potential problems and implementing effective solutions. They also seek opportunities for continuous improvement in processes, enhancing efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness in production operations.Key Responsibilities:· Defining work processes and infrastructures required for production.· Managing and coordinating the transition from development to production.· Participating in development and production processes.· Coordinating ECP/ECO processes as a member of the CCB.· Writing, editing, and approving production files.· Approving technical drawings, PLs, ECOs on behalf of the production.· Investigating and reviewing the utilization of personnel, facilities, equipment, and materials, current operational processes, and established practices to recommend improvements in operational efficiency in various commercial, industrial and production environments.What You Bring:· Proficient in production and manufacturing processes.· Strong project management and coordination skills.· Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.· Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.· Operation of computer/office applications (MRP, ERP, PLM).· Preferred but not mandatory bilingual skills in English and Hebrew.· Must regularly travel between the US and Israel.Join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of cutting-edge projects that shape the future of professional services.
