Job ***** Manufacturing EngineerWe are currently seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to help improve and optimize manufacturing operations. This role involves troubleshooting, process improvements, and supporting engineering projects to enhance productivity and product quality.Duties & Responsibilities (Including but not limited to):Identify and troubleshoot process, material, and equipment problems, recommending and implementing solutions.Develop, assemble, or modify tooling, fixtures, and equipment to ensure efficient production methods.Assist in revisions and improvements to manufacturing methods and procedures, including writing change orders and deviations.Conduct time studies to quantify processing times and identify opportunities for process improvements.Provide training to manufacturing employees on new products, tooling, and processes.Schedule, complete, and document routine maintenance for manufacturing and test equipment.Read schematics, assembly drawings, and data sheets to troubleshoot and build fixtures or equipment.Assist in failure analysis, troubleshooting, and rework of non-conforming products to determine root cause.Perform tests, gather data, and write reports with support from the Manufacturing Engineering team.Install and validate new equipment and processes to improve yield and reduce cycle time.Support production increases by testing products in line with established processes.Research replacement parts, obtain quotes, and ensure replacements meet required specifications.Promote and support Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement activities.*****Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate degree in Engineering Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.Minimum 5 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Knowledge of practical electronics, test equipment, and troubleshooting techniques.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.Strong time and resource management skills.If you're looking to be part of a dynamic team that strives for continuous improvement, apply now!
