Other responsibilities *The design, development, and implementation of our AI-driven accounting platform using Python.Working closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and architectural designs.Building scalable, efficient, and maintainable codebase adhering to industry best practices.Innovation by researching and integrating emerging technologies to enhance product capabilities.Creating coding standards, development processes, and quality assurance procedures.Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.Full ownership of project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and objectives.Identify and address technical challenges and bottlenecks to ensure smooth project execution.Strong experience using Python with extensive experience in building projects from scratch.Experience working in startup environments, preferably as a founding engineer or early-stage employee.Experience using frontend technologies including typescript and tailwindKnowledge of software development methodologies, tools, and processes.Experience with AI/machine learning technologies and frameworks is a plus.Communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.The **As a Founding Product Engineer, you will receive a $180,000-$230,000 base salary.
