They are ideally looking for a dedicated Quality Supervisor to perform valuable quality control and assurance functions that ensure products conform to engineering specifications and meet customer quality requirements. Check out more important details below!Job ***** Quality SupervisorJob ***** Full-time/Direct Hire/On-siteReports ***** Quality Manager***** Targeting $55,000/year plus OT but can absolutely be flexible for the right candidate!As their Quality Supervisor, here is an overview of what you can expect to be responsible for (including but not limited to):Maintains and reports product conformance to specifications.Performs inspection of raw material, work in process and finished goods inventories.Leads root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives to address non-conformances and prevent recurrence.Visits customer sites and suppliers to determine quality requirements, gathers feedback and address any quality concerns.Establishes and presents regular training programs for inspection and manufacturing employees on quality issues.Participates in new product development to ensure proper quality assurance and control plans can be implemented prior to beginning manufacturing.Reviews and approves supplier quality documentation, including PPAPs, FMEAs, and control plans.Manages and mentors quality assurance staff, providing guidance, performance evaluations, and development opportunities.Supports audits conducted by customers, suppliers, or certifying bodies, ensuring readiness and addressing audit findings.Were looking for skilled Quality Assurance leaders with the following background *****Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment required.Experience with quality management systems, such as ISO 9001.Previous supervisory or leadership experience required.Strong knowledge of quality control processes, tools, and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, 8D Problem-Solving).Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) and quality measurement techniques.This position requires a strong leader with the capacity to build/maintain a cohesive and efficient team, who possesses excellent communication skills and has impeccable attention to detail.
