The PVPC organization scope spans the V development cycle with the following core missions:translate system specifications and objectives into requirementsdistribute control functions and networking strategiesimplement core functions and diagnostics algorithm designvalidate the functions to requirementsWithin PVPC Organization the Controls Management Team acts as the main interface to the individual program ensuring that its needs are met.As a result of significant challenges embraced by the company to become the leader of the new era of mobility, we are currently looking to recruit a talented and ambitious Controls Manager.The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the global planning, execution and programs coordination of the Controls and SW platform solution for Engines / Transmissions / Hybrid / Battery / Charging / eMotor Electronic Control Units.Being a Controls Manager will mean to have daily challenges but also great satisfactions. Every day will not end without you learning something new.Responsibilities include but not limited to:Providing Feasibility and cost assessment for Controls & SW to the vehicle/programs.Representing the Controls System (Controllers and SW) vs the Propulsion System Community as primary interface.Coordinating Controls Features development.Defining Feature Roll-out Plan (What and When) that aligns to over all program milestones and objectives.Playing a key role in the Controls & SW change Management, Quality assessment and Risk mitigation.Requirements:As you will be working on Complex Systems, it is essential the successful candidate can show a proven record of working on his/her own initiative and within a team delivering high quality and robust technical solutionsBachelor/Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.Minimum of 7 years of engineering experience (5 years in automotive)Ability to work in an Agile environmentPrevious experience as Controls/SW developer, testing or calibration engineer will be considered a plusFluent EnglishBe proactive, take ownership and be accountableOnsite anywhere from 3-5 days per week.No Driving a vehicle is required .
