Job **We are seeking an Electrical Engineer for our Combat Mission Systems business. The Electrical Engineer supports the development, testing, fabrication, and fielding of highly complex military equipment. In this role, the Electrical ** researches, plans, designs, develops, modifies, and evaluates electronic and electrical systems and components. Utilizing advanced modeling and analysis tools to develop product specifications, models, simulations, technical data packages, and integration and verification procedures. Evaluates vendor capabilities, technologies, services and their ability to deliver required products or services The qualified candidate will work under general direction of a project engineering lead to perform electrical system design on a variety of military systems, ranging from combat vehicles, gun systems, and guided munitions. The Electrical Engineer provides detailed engineering analysis of components, subsystems, and systems for military product application.**Ability to solve moderately complex technical design and development problemsExperience in creating, reading, and comprehending schematics and interconnect drawings. Ability to create and manage interface control documents. Ability to perform circuit simulation (PSpice or LTspice) Effective verbal and written communication skills to convey data, information, and technical results.Experience with analog and digital circuit design and analysisExperience developing technical documentation - such as drawings, reports, & technical analysisRequires 2+ years relevant experience with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or related field or 1+ years with a Masters degree**Hands-on troubleshooting of circuits using oscilloscopes and multimetersFamiliarity with MATLAB, Simulink, PSpice, LabVIEW, Test Stand, RS485, J-Tag, CANBus Working knowledge of OrCAD and VisioGood Communication skillsExperience with engineering design of wiring harnesses and cable assemblies for military systems. Experience with Programming National Instruments test equipment using Labview and Test Stand
