Were positioned to capture at least 1% of this market ($5B/year) through our AI agents within the next decade.Role ImpactAs our first engineering hire, youll work directly with our CTO and own our entire technical stack while laying the foundation for future growth. Youll be a key technical decision maker, working directly with the founders to enhance and expand our existing AI agent platform.Core ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end development of our AI agent platform from architecture to implementationBuild and iterate on both user-facing features and backend infrastructureMake critical technical decisions that will shape our products futureEstablish engineering best practices as we grow the teamParticipate in oncall process to ensure the stability of the systemRequired Qualifications5+ years of strong full-stack experience with React and PythonHands-on experience building systems with LLMs (e.g., GPT-4o) and vector databases (e.g. Pinecone, Milvus)Proven ability to move fast and ship production features without compromising qualityPreferred QualificationsPassionate for AIs transformative potential and closely follow the latest developments in AIStartup experience or demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced environmentsExperiences building, evaluating and optimizing complex agentic workflowsExperiences creating and maintaining infrastructure on a cloud provider (e.g. AWS or GCP)Experiences with event-driven architectures and workflow orchestrationWhat We OfferGround-floor opportunity at a fast-growing AI Agent startupDirect influence on product and technical directionChance to work with cutting-edge AI technologiesOpportunity to shape the future of business automationJoin us in building the future of work at the intersection of AI and business.
