Job Title: Compliance SupervisorReports to: Compliance ManagerFLSA Status: ExemptJob PurposeThe Compliance Supervisor ensures adherence to organizational policies and regulatory standards by overseeing vendor agreements, licenses, and permits while managing key compliance databases. This role involves supervising the Compliance Clerk, auditing documentation, and collaborating with various departments to maintain compliance standards.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesSupervise the Compliance Clerk, providing mentorship and professional development.Manage vendor agreements, including setup, renewals, and distribution.Oversee vendor onboarding, ensuring compliance with COI and documentation requirements.Evaluate vendor performance and promptly address compliance issues.Facilitate the RFP process, including drafting and managing proposals.Maintain databases for vendor agreements, licenses, permits, and COIs.Coordinate license and permit renewals to ensure timely submissions.Collaborate with internal teams to enhance compliance workflows and resolve issues.Develop and enforce SOPs for compliance-related processes.Audit compliance documentation to ensure adherence to regulations.Prepare and present compliance reports to leadership.Educate and train teams on compliance procedures to promote organization-wide adherence.Skills and AbilitiesStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking, analysis, and reporting.Experience in document control and contract management.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong leadership and mentorship abilities.Ability to analyze contracts and COIs for compliance.Experience in designing and delivering training programs for cross-functional teams.Education and ExperienceBachelor's degree in business, legal studies, or a related field (preferred).3-5 years of experience in compliance, vendor management, or contract administration.At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience.Work Environment & Physical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.Must access and traverse warehouse areas as required.Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures.Must safely work around heavy equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks).Travel RequirementsOccasional travel may be required for meetings, training, or business needs.ABOUT ACCURATE PERSONNELDo you need your next job fast?
