** We are seeking an experienced Change Management Lead to drive the change management efforts for our SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation within the Retail/CPG sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading large-scale technology transformations and a deep understanding of industry-specific challenges.Key **5-7 years of experience in change management, with a focus on large-scale technology implementations, ideally in the Retail/CPG industry.SAP *In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and its impact on core business processes, including finance, supply chain, and inventory management.Key *Change Strategy & * Develop and implement a robust change management strategy tailored to the Retail/CPG industry for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud adoption.Stakeholder * Collaborate with business leaders, department heads, and employees to align change objectives and gain organizational buy-in.Communication * Drive clear, consistent, and impactful communication efforts across the company, ensuring key messages reach the right audience at the right time.Training & * Design and execute customized training programs and materials for both business and technical users to support SAP S/4HANA adoption.Resistance * Identify and address potential resistance, including user hesitancy and process disruptions, using proactive strategies and advanced tools.Process * Work with functional and technical teams to analyze the impact of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud on key CPG processes and ensure smooth integration.Technology * Leverage advanced change management tools (e.g., digital training platforms, collaboration software) to facilitate a seamless transition and continuously improve processes.Metrics & * Define KPIs to assess change management effectiveness, providing senior leadership with progress updates and adoption insights.Leadership & * Guide and mentor the change management team, fostering best practices and professional growth.*Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.Proficiency with advanced change management tools and methodologies.Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.**Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a transformative SAP S/4HANA implementation and drive meaningful change within a dynamic Retail/CPG environment.
