Kelly Engineering is seeking a Project Manager to join one of our leading clients in the Petrochemical Manufacturing industry at their Westlake, LA location.Please apply to learn more!Ideal candidate:10 - 15 years' experience managing multiple small to mid-sized projects simultaneously (15-20 projects in various stages).Refining, petrochemical, chemical, or LNG experience preferredCandidates with strong project execution backgrounds from other industries will be considered.Job Skills Summary:Technical **Project Management *Looking for a mid-tier project manager (Level 3 to Level 5, 10-15 years of experience).Must manage multiple small to mid-sized projects simultaneously (15-20 projects in various stages).Comfortable with fast-paced, high-demand environments.Must have PMT (Project Management Team) experience.Projects typically range from $50K to $15M in budget.Industry *Refining, petrochemical, chemical, or LNG experience preferred but not required.Candidates with strong project execution backgrounds from other industries will be considered.Certifications & *Certified Project Manager (CPM), PMP, or formal PM training preferred.Electrical engineering background preferred, but mechanical, chemical, or construction management are acceptable.Project Controls & Cost *Strong skills in budgeting, cost tracking, and scheduling.Familiarity with capital project execution environments.Site Safety & *Must be able to obtain a TWIC card.Must complete safety training and third-party site-specific onboarding.Non-Technical Requirements:Workload & ****Must be a self-starter, able to work under pressure, and manage high workloads.Should integrate well with cross-functional teams (engineering, construction, operations, safety).Adaptability is critical due to the evolving project list.
