We are seeking a Sr Project Manager capable of managing and building relationships with clients, managing projects, and training younger staff.Position ResponsibilitiesLead an engineering team while building and managing client relationships.Establish project budgets and scopes of workManage projects and have the ability to design projects and prepare plans as needed to keep projects on schedule.QC project design and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.Provide technical guidance and support to the project team.Grow and mentor staff, help recruit, and be a positive role model for the office.*****Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited college.PE license in the State of Florida8+ years experience designing land development projectsProficient in AutoCAD Civil3D, ICPR, and WaterCADGood written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work in a team environmentCompetitive pay and benefits package including 401K, Paid Vacation, Holidays, Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance.
