The role involves managing VoIP and Cisco Telephony operations while ensuring high-quality service delivery by resolving issues in line with Service Level Agreements. Strong technical skills and effective communication are essential to ensuring a seamless user experience and resolving issues promptly.Activities: Manage VoIP and Cisco Telephony operationsDeploy, configure, and maintain Cisco voice technologies, including CUCM, CUC, Jabber, SIP Trunk implementation, and Webex CodecProvide operational support for deployed technologies such as CUCM, CUC, and voice network infrastructureHands-on configuration and troubleshooting of Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Unity Connection (CUC), Cisco Analog Voice Gateways (VGs), and Cisco voice gateway routers for PSTN connectivityMonitor incidents, troubleshoot, and escalate production issues affecting the network and systems infrastructureWork with internal and external support organizations and suppliers to resolve issuesManage critical escalations to 3rd parties and Cisco TAC when requiredParticipate in projects, effectively communicating operational requirements for smooth technology transitionsSupport the internal collaboration, security, and networking infrastructure in accordance with best practicesAdvise users on technical requirements and solutionsCreate and deliver system performance and issue reportsDemonstrate an in-depth understanding of Cisco Collaboration technologies (CUCM, CUC, Jabber)Develop and expand technical knowledge and skills related to Cisco collaboration solutionsArticulate the technologies implemented and supported in the portfolioProvide clear communication to both technical and non-technical audiencesMaintain excellent written and verbal communication skills for documentation and customer support dutiesDemonstrate time management, expectation setting, and organizational skillsFoster a positive teamwork approach with a willingness to learn and share knowledgeWhat skills and qualifications are we looking for?3-5 years of experience in configuring and troubleshooting Cisco Voice and Collaboration technologies (CUCM, CUC, Jabber, etc.)Strong understanding of VoIP and SIP Trunk implementationsHands-on experience with Cisco Unity Connection, Cisco Voice Gateways, and WebexAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalStrong customer service orientation with the ability to handle technical issues and communicate solutions effectivelyAbility to manage and resolve escalations in a timely mannerGood understanding of incident management and problem resolution processesWhy join us?To acquire experience in different critical industries and projects while working for the same company;To have a competitive salary and a great benefits packageTo access trainings that focus on expanding your knowledge while staying up to date with cutting edge technologies and best practices;To have a clear career development plan that suits your goals;To have the possibility of working abroad through our mobility program thanks to our international presence;To join a dynamic, specialized and fast-growing group where communication is key and where every team member is valued.To be part of a team where having fun is essential.
