IT QA & Application Analyst III

Tidewater Staffing Solutions is assisting a Cleveland headquartered commercial real estate company with the search for an IT QA & Application Analyst III. This position reports to the Chief Technology Officer of the company.Our client is an innovative, entrepreneurial organization with an amazing culture and great benefits.Seeking a candidate with an "all hands on deck" mentality. The client is seeking someone willing to get out of their comfort zone and help the team as needed.Target base pay is $85,000 to $90,000 with 20% bonus potential. POSITION OVERVIEWThe IT QA & Application Analyst III is responsible for assisting the user community with technical issues, feature enhancements and will develop best practices for the company's approved applications. This role will also provide feedback from users. The role is also responsible for user training (new hires and existing team members).DUTIES INCLUDE• Software QA testing• IT Governance/Project Coordination• Application Training and Support• Business Analysis/Requirements GatheringCANDIDATE ATTRIBUTES & REQUIREMENTS• The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to communicate technical information clearly to users at all levels.• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, business analysis, or a similar role is ideal.• Experience in developing and conducting user training programs.• High proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite of applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).• Knowledge of Microsoft Teams or similar applications.• Experience with automated test tools such as Selenium, Cypress or Playwright is a plus.• Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot and other A1 tools is a plus.
