You will oversee the entire sales cycle, from generating leads to closing deals, allowing you to showcase your skills and achievements. Join us and make an impactful contribution to our growth while advancing your own career!In this position you will:Identify and qualify potential clientsInitiate the sales process by scheduling appointments, understand account requirements, and make initial presentationsCloses sales by building rapport with potential accounts, explaining our service capabilities, overcoming objections, and preparing contactsConduct a minimum of 20 hours prospecting each weekUtilize and manage your customer relationship management system (CRM) to maintain all customer informationMaintain and manage your Hot 25 list in CRMMaintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner so that you get along with Clients, co-workers, and supervisorOther duties as assigned by managementJoin our team if you meet these key qualifications:Experience: Minimum of 3 to 7 years in sales, with at least 3 years of combined B2B inside and outside sales experience showcasing your ability to close deals successfullyProven Success: In the last 2 years, you have a demonstrated track record in B2B sales, achieving and exceeding goalsTech Savvy: Strong knowledge of CRM systems is essential to streamline your sales processesSales Training: A prior sales training certification (e.g., Sandler, President's Club, Dale Carnegie) is preferred, giving you an edge in your sales approachDynamic Personality: We're looking for an outgoing, energetic individual with a can-do attitude who thrives on challengesOrganized Approach: You should be organized in following a defined sales process and be skilled at guiding clients from prospect to closeQuick Closing Experience: Experience in closing short-cycle B2B sales is highly valuedEffective Communicator: You possess excellent communication skills, adept at facilitating presentations and engaging in one-on-one meetingsTeam Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to coordinate team activities and work efficiently with operations and marketing teams is essentialPresentation Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills are crucial for success in this roleProficiency: Proficiency in MS Office to support your day-to-day activitiesIf you're passionate about sales and ready to make an impact, we want to hear from you.Benefits:At Anago, we provide a compelling and competitive compensation package to our team members.
