Job Title: Program DirectorOrganization: Sewickley Community CenterLocation: 15 Chadwick Street, Sewickley, PA 15143Employment Type: Independent ContractorContract Term: TBD - December 31, 2025Compensation: $4150.00 per month through 12/31/25Position Summary:The Sewickley Community Center seeks a dedicated and detail-oriented Program Director to oversee and manage day-to-day program operations. The Program Manager will work closely with programming partners to ensure seamless execution of services offered at the Center. This position is responsible for scheduling, contract management, compliance oversight, and data collection while serving as the primary liaison for programming partners and participants.Key Responsibilities:Program Operations & Partnership ManagementOversee daily operations and collaborate with programming partners to ensure smooth execution of services.Develop pricing models and draft contracts in coordination with the Board of Directors.Facilitate contract execution and ensure timely collection of rental fees or payments.Maintain and distribute copies of executed contracts and insurance certificates.Act as the primary point of contact for programming partners and participants, addressing scheduling and operational concerns.Investigate and follow up on space usage requests, program proposals, and general inquiries.Scheduling & Resource ManagementManage scheduling for building spaces and resources to maximize utilization.Resolve scheduling conflicts and communicate effectively with partners and participants.Maintain and publish an updated schedule regularly.Collaborate with the Communications Director to promote programs and activities via social media.Data Collection & ReportingTrack and manage participation data, including demographics and engagement metrics.Provide regular reports on program performance and participant metrics as requested by the Board.Maintain records of approvals, contracts, and compliance documentation for audits.Compliance & Risk ManagementEnsure all programming partners adhere to contract terms, safety protocols, and Center policies.Monitor activities within the Center for Safety Compliance and report concerns to the Board.Review and maintain up-to-date insurance documentation for all partners and vendors.Implement an incident reporting system and submit reports to the Board as necessary.Policy Adherence & Board ConsultationObtain Board approval before:Entering into new partnerships or adding programs.Finalizing building space/resource usage schedules.Executing contracts for rentals or equipment use.Making significant changes to existing programs or partnerships.Seek Board guidance for issues with significant operational or financial impact.Access & Tools Provided by the Center:Virtual Keypad building security app for controlled access.Key fob or key card as necessary.Login access to the Bloomerang Volunteer Management module.Payment & Invoicing:Submit bi-monthly invoices for services rendered.Payments will be processed according to the agreed compensation terms.Qualifications:Strong background in program management, operations, or community services.Experience in contract management, scheduling, and compliance oversight.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple stakeholders.Proficiency in scheduling software, data tracking, and reporting.Additional Information:This is an independent contractor position. The Program Director will not be considered an employee of the Sewickley Community Center and will be responsible for their taxes and insurance.
